Mayra Chen Moren, H/F, DOB: 3-9-09, 4'9" 105lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Mayra has been entered as a missing endangered juvenile. She was last seen on December 14th at 9pm wearing floral shorts, a cream-colored striped shirt and black Nike slides. Moren was discovered missing this morning at 8am by her foster mother.
