On March 23, 2018 the Cape Coral Police Department received a report that John Clinton Neal IV, a 25 year old white male, was a Missing Endangered Adult. Neal is approximately 6’2”, about 160lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Neal was last seen at about 8pm in the area of Santa Barbara Blvd and Trafalgar Parkway wearing a white t-shirt and black basketball shorts. Neal made threats regarding self-harm by unknown means.
